ABOUT LIBRARY:
The Central Library of AMGOI is a proud resource which manages knowledge, both in print and digital format, ensures easy and anytime access to the scholarly resources and provides faculty members and students with all the support to collect, evaluate and manage information pertaining all the streams of Engineering and Management at AMGOI. It provides pleasant ambiance for both peaceful reading and study. It offers a range of services such as membership, anytime circulation, photocopying, Open access, book bank and OPAC facility etc. As an true information resource centre, the Central Library has 4833 titles, with 26946 Volumes, (text and reference books) 98 National & International print Journals, online subscription of Springer Mechanical 3 subject collection E-Journals and DELNET Membership for various disciplines. The digital library section with its 12 latest computer system provides NPTEL video lectures to all its users. The total investment in library as on today is Rs.1, 60, 50,800/- The library like all vibrant and productive organizations, strives to keep pace with a global, dynamic, and technology-enabled information environment to meet the expectations of its users.
Yoga Centre
Our Yoga Centre offers a peaceful and well-equipped space for students and staff to practice yoga and meditation. Designed to promote physical and mental well-being, the room provides a calm environment with proper ventilation, comfortable flooring, and necessary yoga props. Regular sessions and self-practice opportunities help in reducing stress and enhancing overall wellness.
Cultural Club Room
The Cultural Club Room is a vibrant space dedicated to nurturing creativity and talent among students. Equipped for music, dance, drama, and artistic activities, it serves as a hub for cultural events, rehearsals, and club meetings. With a lively and inspiring atmosphere, it encourages students to explore and showcase their artistic passions while promoting teamwork and cultural diversity.
Central Store
The Central Store serves as the primary hub for managing and distributing essential supplies across the college. It stocks a wide range of materials, including stationery, laboratory equipment, maintenance tools, and other institutional resources. With a well-organized inventory system, the store ensures efficient procurement, storage, and supply, supporting the smooth functioning of academic and administrative activities.
Classroom
Our classrooms are designed to provide a comfortable and engaging learning environment, equipped with modern teaching aids such as projectors, and high-speed internet. Spacious, well-ventilated, and ergonomically furnished, they foster interactive learning and academic excellence. The structured setup ensures an ideal atmosphere for lectures, discussions, and collaborative learning.
Central Computing
The Basic aim of Central Computing Facility is caters to the needs of different academic departments of the institute. The mission of Computer Centre at AMGOI, Vathar is to create and maintain a computing environment for the pursuit of academic excellence. The ultimate aim of the center is to provide professional services, promote and assist the use of new computing technology among the students, staff and administration. CCF conducts online examinations of IBPS and other clients through TCS-iON Pune and has generated a fund of amount Rs. 20 Lacs. Computer Centre manages various computing and communication facilities throughout the campus.
Computer center remains open during 8am to 8pm six days a week.

- Facilities Agreement with Ministry of Electronics & IT, Govt. of India for Online Examinations.
- Dedicated pool of Engineers to look after the Hardware, Software and Network maintenance.

Transport
The Institute is situated on Pune- Bangalore National Highway about 20 kms. Away from the Railway Station and Air Port of Kolhapur. The location is easily accessible. The institute has provided own bus facility 35 bus from Kolhapur city, Peth-Vadgaon, Ichalkaranji, & Warana–Kodoli, for faculty and local students. Also there is City Bus facility from Kolhapur city to Institute (Wathar).

- We have almost all essential sports facility and grounds section made available for the Student and Staff.
- We have invested near about Rs 1,00,000 Lakh for leveling ground and from that we have prepared Kabbadi, Kho – Kho, Volley Ball, Foot Ball grounds and Cricket cement wicket with Box Net.
- We have invested near about Rs 5,00,000 Lakh for Purchasing Sports Materials from that we have Purchased Table Tennis table, all leather ball Cricket equipments of GM company, Full Foot Ball Kit with Shoes, Stocking, Shine Guard and Dress, for Kabbadi, Kho – Kho, Volley Ball, Basket Ball grounds as well as material also purchased.
- We ensure our participation in almost all Games organized by Shivaji University Zone and Inter Zone and Student have Won Prizes at various levels.

Hostel
Hostel Facility : Construction of new hostel building near the main campus is in full swing and is likely to be completed shortly. At present hostel facility for both boys and girls is provided in rented premises.

The CCTV Room is the surveillance hub of the college, ensuring campus security and safety through real-time monitoring. Water Purification Plant
The Water Purification Plant ensures a continuous supply of clean and safe drinking water across the campus. NSS Club Room

Feedback
SOP for Feedback Process
Faculty feedback is one of the processes followed to improve quality of Teaching & Learning.
Students’ feedback is collected twice in a semester to ensure improvement (if necessary) in teaching process. Feedback of all teachers is taken through MIS system (online mode) at department level. Feedback Questionnaire is given and explained to the participating students. Collected Feedback is scrutinized by the central feedback coordinator and then forwarded to Director and Head of departments. All the parameters in the feedback form are analyzed. Teaching abilities with respect to each parameter is analyzed. The feedback score along with the comments are communicated to the respective faculty members to know strengths / weaknesses and to improve teaching skills. Appreciation letter is given to faculties who have received excellent feedback, Performance improvement letter is given to faculties who have received average feedback. Feedback mechanism is focused to ensure best Teaching Learning practices.
Students will choose one of the options from poor, average, good, very good and excellent for rating teaching performance of the faculty for each points or questions mentioned below.
