Curriculum Development Process

Curriculum Development Process at AMGOI

At AMGOI, the curriculum development process is systematic, inclusive, and aligned with academic and industry standards. Each department has a constituted Board of Studies (BoS), comprising industry experts, alumni, employers, and departmental faculty.

The BOS is responsible for drafting the initial version of the curriculum, drawing on input related to course outcomes, content relevance, and industry expectations. To ensure the curriculum meets the evolving needs of the ecosystem, feedback is gathered from multiple stakeholders, including alumni and employers.

The BoS includes representatives from reputed organizations, who contribute insights into local, regional, and global demands. Additionally, faculty members regularly participate in seminars, webinars, FDPs and conferences organized by platforms such as NPTEL, IEEE, Springer, and others, allowing them to stay updated on emerging technologies and global educational trends.

Once the curriculum is formulated and reviewed at the departmental level, it is presented to the Academic Council (AC) for final approval and implementation.
