- About Yoga Club:
The Yoga and Meditation Club is a special initiative aimed at promoting good health and peace of mind among students and staff. The club helps everyone to stay fit, reduce stress, and lead a balanced life by practicing yoga and meditation regularly.
- Objectives:
- To help students and staff improve their physical and mental health.
- To provide a calm and relaxing space for yoga and meditation.
- To encourage the AMGOI community to make yoga and meditation a part of their daily routine.
- To raise awareness about the long-term benefits of yoga.
