The Student Affairs Committee plays a vital role in enriching campus life by addressing student’s academic, cultural, physical and emotional needs. It is dedicated to fostering creativity, discipline, leadership, and a strong sense of social responsibility. The committee organizes a wide array of events, including Cultural programs, Sports competitions, Technical contests, Seminars and Awareness campaigns on Social and Environmental issues. These initiatives are designed to promote holistic development and equip students for future challenges. The institute hosts Nine vibrant student-led clubs: Programming Club, Aptitude Club, Social Club, Cultural Club, Sports Club, Art Club, Literary Club, Eco Club and Yoga Club. These clubs created by students, for students serve as platforms to cultivate talent, leadership, and collaboration. Students enthusiastically take initiative in planning and organizing every event, with active participation that reflects their energy and dedication.

In addition to these, various departments have also formed technical student clubs such as the 3D Max Club, Energy Club, Electronics Club, and Ready Engineer Club. These clubs aim to enhance students’ technical knowledge, hands-on skills, and industry readiness by offering department-specific activities, workshops, and training sessions. To support comprehensive skill development, the institute conducts various programs focusing on job readiness, communication, stress management, problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, and stage confidence. These efforts have led to students being placed in leading multinational companies and achieving success in national and university-level competitions.

Additionally, students are encouraged to actively participate in Extension Activities, National Service Scheme (NSS), and the Young Inspirators Network (YIN)—a youth platform initiated by the Sakal Media Group. These platforms help instill a sense of civic responsibility, leadership, and social commitment among students while encouraging them to engage with community development and policy-level thinking. The committee also acts as a vital link between students, parents, and institute authorities, fostering transparent communication and addressing student concerns. It contributes to the strategic planning of infrastructural and instructional improvements, aligning with the institute’s mission of continuous growth and excellence.

Thank You
